Hosting and data location

Our website and platform are hosted in the European Union. Where we process personal data on behalf of customers, we do so under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

Security measures

We take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (Article 32 GDPR), including encrypted connections, access restricted to authorised persons and regular backups. Further information is provided to customers on request and subject to confidentiality.

Information for procurement

Our data processing agreement, the list of sub-processors and answers to security questionnaires are available to customers and prospective customers on request.
