A pilot shows what REDXGRID finds on your own assets, with your data, before any long-term commitment. You see the method, the evidence and the result.
1. Discovery call (30 min)
We learn which assets worry you most, what data you already have and what a good outcome looks like for your team. We also answer your first questions and agree whether a pilot makes sense for you.
2. Scoping
Together we choose a small, representative set of assets, agree the data needed, the timeline, the deliverables and how we will measure success. Everything is written down before work starts.
3. Data and access
You share existing measurements and inspection records, or we capture new data on site with drones and field measurements. Data stays in the EU and is handled under a data processing agreement.
4. Analysis
PACE analyses the signals, flags anomalies and ranks risks. Engineers review every finding before it reaches you.
5. Findings review
We walk your team through the results: what we found, how confident we are, the evidence behind it and the recommended next actions.
6. Decision
At the end of the agreed pilot period you decide whether to continue, extend the scope or stop. No automatic renewal.
What you need to provide
- A contact on your side for technical questions
- Access to existing measurement or inspection data for the selected assets, or site access for new data capture
- One hour for the findings review
What you receive
- A findings report per asset, with evidence and confidence levels
- A prioritised list of recommended actions
- Access to the results in the REDXGRID platform for the pilot period
- A short summary for management
Typical duration
Six months minimum on DACH MV/HV assets, spanning maintenance seasons and measured against real operational constraints rather than demonstration conditions.
Commercial model
Pilot pricing is set per scope and shared on request.

No. Existing inspection data, measurements and asset history are enough to start; REDXGRID reads data from any instrument vendor, so no installed equipment has to be replaced.
Yes. REDXGRID presents ranked evidence and the reasoning behind it; engineering oversight is retained at every decision point.
