This page describes how REDXGRID approaches the regulation and standards relevant to grid operators.

EU AI Act

REDXGRID provides decision support for the diagnostics of grid assets. Results are reviewed by qualified engineers before operational decisions are taken. We design our products to support transparency, record-keeping and human oversight in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), and we assess the classification of each product under that regulation.

Cybersecurity

We support our customers in meeting their obligations under Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2), including requirements for supply-chain security, and answer security questionnaires on request.

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details are given in the Privacy Policy.

Certifications

REDXGRID does not currently hold certifications and does not claim certifications it has not obtained.
